Exercise and active lifestyles are essential in our daily routine to avoid life’s ailments (high blood pressure, cholesterol and obesity, to name only a few). My goals as a strength and tennis coach are to educate and continually guide my clients and to prove that exercise is something you can start and continue at any age while postponing, controlling, and hopefully negating life’s ailments. Not to mention the added perk of weight loss, higher self-esteem, looser clothing, and energy gain.
