Every client will receive their first assessment and workout complimentary to discuss goals, diet, and baseline body circumferences, strength, cardiovascular and flexibility. At the complimentary training session, Audrey creates a custom integrated program tailored to each client’s specific objectives. It is a month scheme that explains how certain goals will be achieved. Each client who joins the training sessions is given signed contracts and a folder with a cardio program to follow on his/her own. They are expected to record the required data and their daily diet log in the section provided. THIS MUST BE BROUGHT TO EACH TRAINING SESSION FOR BEST RESULTS.
A schedule will be set and Audrey will assist, coach, and instruct clients according to their particular needs. Her unique and flexible method allows for constant adjustment to preserve high levels of client’s motivation. Every month a client renews his/her packages, a new goal will be set along with a new cardio program and a continued diet log.
Audrey offers personal training sessions and tennis lessons in the most convenient places, whether it’s a home or office gym, condo association or fitness room. |

> There is a 24-hour cancellation policy: if you cancel within 24 hrs of your scheduled session, it is LOST/CHARGED to your account. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you cancel before the 24-hour period expires, you shall be able to reschedule within that week or the next week. Otherwise it will be lost. NO EXCEPTIONS. |

> Packages are sold every first of the month, which is defined as four weeks, or 28 days. If you decide to train within those days, you will only pay for the weeks leading up to the 1st of the next month and then payment shall be made monthly, starting the 1st. You may pay for more classes in advance to assure your spot/time the next month |

> If a client decides not to continue training, he/she is required to inform Audrey two months in advance.

> Special rates apply for couples/partners (2 people) and groups (3+) for tennis and personal training. You can combine tennis and training for special rates as well. |

> Tennis is conducted at your home’s court or at nearby public courts. Any fees involved are paid for by the client; this includes any valet/parking and court fees.

> If it rains up to 40 minutes into tennis lesson, it is considered completed. |

Tennis Lessons Available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Minimum age: 5 years old. Adult must sign paperwork for any person under the age of 18 years old.
Personal Training is available for high school students and older. Adult must sign paperwork for any person under the age of 18 years old.
On-court tennis fitness is available for ages 13 and under.
